Dana Phillips |

Dana has been involved in direct sales for over 30 years. She started in the profession to "earn a little money," fell in love with her new avocation, stepped away from her work as a school teacher, and rose to the top of her company. |

Prior to joining the DSWA team as a Special Projects manager in September, 2007, she served as Director of Training in a large network marketing company, which broadened her understanding of the similarities and differences in party plan and network marketing. |

As a life long learner, Dana is a certified Franklin Covey Coach and trainer of DiSC. |

Dana is passionate about the people and never tires of sharing leadership skills and giving back to the profession that was good to her. |

Nicki Keohohou |
| Nicki has over 35 years experience in the direct selling profession. She has spoken around the world and trained hundreds of thousands of direct sellers at conventions, retreats and leadership conferences. |

Grace has been a successful direct selling leader and has carried those skills over to her position as President and co-founder of the DSWA.
