The BONUS of attending DSWA Celebration!

I have attended a DSWA Celebration conference as a TOP 6-figure earner Leader, as a Corporate Field Director, and as an International Business Coach and Corporate Trainer. Every DSWA conference I have attended has helped me grow my career, develop my special talents, and I feel so lucky because it helps me empower leaders to build their confidence and attract recruits in their direct sales business every day!

In 2008, I accompanied SIX leaders from downunder to the DSWA Celebration Conference in Las Vegas. I witnessed these women learn new ways to develop their own special talents.

Each of these leaders gained enormous confidence.  On our return to Australia, these women shared their experience at their National Conference.  I was fortunate to be the facilitator who presented these women in a panel discussion on stage.  Here’s a snippet of each leader’s growth experience from attending the DSWA Celebration conference.

  • I made a conscious decision to build my confidence and get out of my comfort zone. I committed to investing in myself, came home and hired a coach.
