Flexibility, freedom and independence all drew me into my direct selling company. They also kept me there. After sixteen years, I became quite comfortable and a bit bored. I wondered if it was time to move on, to take my business to the next level or to just stay. I knew that if I wanted something different, it was time to do something different. The Direct Selling Women’s Alliance invitations to attend the DSWA Leadership Retreat kept popping up in my email. I wondered if I was a ‘big enough’ leader to play in the pond.

Direct Sales Leadership Coaching Seminar

At the leadership seminar, I discovered that coaching was not telling and very different from training. I began the journey to become a coach, the person and leader who can truly draw the best from each person. I gained the skills to put my vision into reality. I learned to empower women and help them create THEIR dream. I gained confidence, that, yes, I really did belong in this group of ‘big leaders’.

I saw the leader I wanted to become in the people in the room. I learned how to become that leader by engaging in the DSWA community and participating in all it has to offer.
