Meet Nicki, Jane and Gracanne, the founders of the Direct Selling Women's Alliance.
These three women of vision and determination have dedicated their professional lives to the betterment of the industry through the establishment of an Alliance that is solely committed to serving the needs of independent direct sellers everywhere.
Nicki Keohohou, Co-Founder & Partner in Charge of Marketing
Keohohou began her career as a teacher and coach, which naturally led her to a career in direct selling that has spanned more than 30 years.
Having built a successful organization from the ground up, Nicki's experience as a leading distributor helped her develop a deep love for the profession and a keen understanding of the challenges and joys of building a thriving organization.
With her heart set on contributing further to the profession, Nicki entered the corporate field, serving on the executive teams of many top direct selling companies throughout the world. This then lead her to establish her own consulting & training firm through which she has trained thousands of direct sellers worldwide.
Nicki's passion for startups prompted her to serve on the founding teams of numerous companies and organizations within the industry. She brings expertise in the areas of concept development, implementation, marketing and operations, all of which she now brings to the DSWA.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Education, and her teacher's certification from Central Washington State University.

Nicki was recently named as one of the top 25 Female Executives in the State of Hawaii and was listed as one of the top 30 Female Entrepreneurs

in America.

Nicki now lives in beautiful Hawaii with her husband, Saffery, of 33 years. Her greatest joys are serving others and spending time with her two grown children, Dane and Gracanne.
Jane Deuber, Co-Founder & Partner in Charge of Operations
Jane's direct selling career began 15 years ago, when she and her husband Mario, founded a party plan company in Monterey, CA. During her 13 years as Chief Executive Officer, she built a reputation for running a quality company that put the distributors' needs first.
After selling her company in 1998 Jane established a consulting company through which she worked with numerous companies of all sizes, both inside and outside the direct selling industry. During that time Jane shared her expertise in the areas of strategic planning, sales and marketing and operations management.
Committed to lifelong learning Jane participated in a program offered by the Coaches Training Institute, where she discovered the value of the methods and tools used by professional coaches. It was then that she crafted a vision of bringing professional coaching skills to the direct selling industry, through what is now the DSWA Coaching Center.

Jane understands the heart and soul of the distributor and is among the few who has worn all hats - as a distributor in the trenches, as a company founder responsible for a nationwide sales force and as a consultant committed to making a significant difference in the industry. Her love of training and writing are evident in the many leadership guides, training manuals, marketing materials and newsletters, she has produced over the years.

Jane earned a Master's Degree in International Business from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Business Administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
Jane lives in Monterey, California with her husband, Mario of 20 years. She loves being outdoors in the breathtaking beauty of the Monterey Bay and spending time with her eight year-old son Alex, her stepdaughter Paola and her many loving friends and family. Jane is passionate about helping women find success and fulfillment through their direct selling business and is committed to sharing her message of value-based living with everyone.
Gracanne Keohohou, Co-Founder & Partner in Charge of Member Relations

Prior to DSWA, Gracanne was Director of Product Development and Public Relations for International Business Concepts, a consulting, seminar promotion and marketing firm.

In her position, she supported the direct selling industry by writing training manuals, participating in trade shows, and providing consulting, training and marketing services.

Since elementary school, Gracanne has been actively involved in direct selling. As a young girl, she attended in-home shows, conventions and tradeshows with her Mother, DSWA Co-founder Nicki Keohohou. Today, she is an experienced entrepreneur dedicated to delivering outstanding service to DSWA members.

Gracanne's passion for the industry and her in-depth understanding of the unique needs of direct seller's prompted her rise as a top distributor with one of the largest organizations in a successful party plan company. While majoring in International Business and Marketing at Hawaii Pacific University on full- scholarship, Grace was instrumental in paving the way for their international expansion of yet another network marketing company.

Before joining International Business Concepts, Graceanne served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Pacific Rim company, overseeing all aspects of the marketing operation for their successful establishment on the islands.
Keohohou's experiences spark within her a deep-rooted appreciation for the Pacific Rim and a strong desire to grow the DSWA to include this rapidly expanding market.
Gracanne's greatest passion is supporting and encouraging people to achieve their dreams and life's purpose. She enjoys living in Hawaii and sharing her time with family and friends.
