How to make the most of this tele-seminar experience

These guidelines are designed to make this a pleasant experience for everyone.

  • Please call in on a land-line phone (cell phones often cause static).
  • Disable your call waiting and music on hold if you have it.
  • Call in 3 to 5 minutes early to introduce yourself and connect with speakers and participants.
  • Get involved by asking questions and sharing when appropriate.
  • Please say your first name before you share a comment or ask a question so everyone knows who is speaking. Keep your comments brief and relevant to the topic and group.
  • Have your handouts for the weekly exercise printed and available for referencing during each call.
